HEALTH PLAN: Helping to unravel a fragmented strategy in order to design a product and network roadmap that would be leveraged across all lines of business

Client product and network strategies were fragmented by line of business and functional area. This resulted in slow product innovation due to operational complexities, provider contracting challenges, and ineffective costs of healthcare programs. Addressing these issues had been attempted before and failed.

We guided a small executive team through an intense 30-day "Phase 0" process to define the network and product development challenges. We then led a cross-functional team using a 90-day RCI, resulting in executive alignment on specific product and network scope, performance metrics and customer experience goals.

The result was that products were ready to launch in 90-days including a network design and roadmap that could be leveraged across ALL lines of business.
